OnlineNH3 - Description

The OnlineNH3 is used for a quantitative determination of the released NH₃
in buildings for livestock, digestion towers and biogas plants. The sampling can
source in one, two or more selected measuring points. It serves as the basis for
water treatment and for control of maximum permissible values.

The NH₃-measurement works with selective electrochemical sensors.
The mobile microcontroller includes a data acquisition and data transmission tool,
digital and analogue input connections for various measurands as well as digital
and analogue alarm output connections (4 - 20mA) for controlling of dosing pumps
for treatment-chemicals, valves etc.

The OnlineNH3 enables an increase of efficiency of treatment methods through
the quantitative measurement of the NH₃-value in front and after filter plants
respectively through measuring the individual process steps of a biogas plant.
Maintenance and cleaning cycles can be accurately identified and optimized.
